I called and set up an appointment and was very happy they respected my time and kept to the appointment time without delay. I also appreciated the transparency and integrity of the lawyer I spoke with, her name was Jennifer. They could have made broken promises that would have emptied my pockets, instead she chose honesty and that goes a long way. 5 stars !
